A full service general contractor with 25 years in the business and a Class A license, Carlos Coronado has a vast range of experience to draw from. He and his associates have renovated over 1,000 houses in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area and tackled all types of projects, both large and small, both residential and commercial.
In 2007 he developed an interest in Arts & Crafts architectural design, in particular the ideas of the Charles and Henry Greene whose early 20th Century work fused Arts and Crafts design with Japanese Imperial architecture. Over the course of the next dozen years he and his associates built a series of grand-scale Arts & Crafts homes in Vienna, Arlington, and McLean. Three of these homes were recognized by the Washington Post as the “House of the Week”.
Over the course of the past few years Carlos has once again expanded his scope of interest. He loves a challenge and puts his all of his experience to bear in tackling every job, no matter how big or small.
